First of all let's make clear what the UK is, it's the United Kingdom.. not Britain, Scotland and Wales are still part of it just as much as Northern Ireland and even when the news is reporting on the UK it has to always say "Northern Ireland and the UK", which goes to show how careful they have to be with it..
