i were very confident and made friends easily. i were a narcissist in a way, or at least close to. now i have lost most of my friends for different reasons and i am kind of shy now. i am very careful with strangers and i don't want to fuck up socially. i believe i am in a middle ground between the two because at times because one day i don't give a shit and i become a fully blown ENTP not giving a fuck who i offend with my views even if they'd just met me. if they don't like me, it's their problem. but at other times, i get really sensitive about those things. i try to suck up to my peers more and i am acting more careful around strangers. my anxiety is fucking up my life at the moment i and have few friends for now. but when i get more friends, i will probably get more confident. or my anxiety could become even worse and fuck me up so bad that i can't even talk to strangers. idk. i'll have to wait and see i guess. if option two is becoming reality, i will stream my suicide.

There's no greater habit you can build in your life. Being able to focus on more positive things and not ruminate over negative, self-limiting beliefs is so important. Our mind is our greatest enemy sometimes, and until we understand that we can create whatever life we want, we'll always hold ourselves back from our true potential.

I have been studying this stuff for years. I also have a function stack that gives me an advantage in figuring people out, so it comes naturally to me. You would be surprised how much is really in MBTI. I'd say first step is knowing, and really understanding the cognitive functions, once you understand that you will see how they manifest in people. Usually through the eyes. I've even noticed similarities in facial structure and type but thats not concrete enough, the best giveaway is the eyes.

There's one more truth you can understand. You are not your mind, you are consciousness. In other words, there's something that has to be listening to the thoughts in your mind. You aren't the thoughts themselves, you're the thing that's aware of them. This is one of the things you'll find out for yourself when you meditate. Awareness of this is curative in itself. This gives you the power to focus on things that make you feel better.
