As an Amerifat, I don't think I'm even capable of providing a reasonable answer. I hardly learned ANYTHING relevant about post-WWII in school. Honestly, all I remember is this one documentary we watched about how poverty stricken a lot of Russia has been since WWII. I think I was in 8th grade, but I was still sitting there thinking to myself:
"This movie was clearly made at least 30 years ago, and for some reason, the crew making it seems awfully focused on the shitty parts of Russia.
Now that I'm older and I've watched him speak quite a few times, I think he's just a stone cold badass and people are afraid of him because of it. People who lead countries(or see military combat) often don't have any other choice but to make decisions that normal people would consider evil. That said, it doesn't seem fair to judge him based on what little I've seen. All I really know for sure is that I like Russians. They rarely talk too much, they rarely make idle threats, and in my experience, they don't often say things that they don't mean. If all of that is true for Putin, then I already have more reasons to respect him than I have for any President we've had in my lifetime

There is something so similar between rural americans and the russians. The whole thing about doing things 'the russian way' is so fucking cool: simpler, no bs, no dancing around.
That being said, all the bad traffic accident fraud vids come from russia and it seems like people are amoral.
now THAT being said, there is some serious citizen-force street justice that happens in russia, and it would be so fun to be able to keep ourselves inline like that in America. Hell, the KKK did it back in the day.
