Check out this map here and you will see the R states in general have much more vote power than the D states. For example, each electoral vote in New York represents 519k people while each one in Wyoming represents 143k people. Therefore, people in Wyoming have a vote worth 3.6 times that of a New Yorker. There is no scenario where that is fair.
