WRONG. The current trend in data says that our stock market is crashing because it is in fact THE HIGHEST IT'S EVER BEEN. We are at the end of a 30 year Wolfe Wave (Look up Wolfe, a brilliant economist.) It started with the introduction of the computer into the market place. As the years progressed it pushed towards a higher and higher stock inflation because companies would price their interests higher at that year, but the cool part about technology is it develops fairly quickly so a lot of these companies aren't worth as much today as they would be in previous years. Anywho, the reason interest rates are low right now is because they NEED people who have consistent sources of income and have the opportunity to actually get a nice home, an affordable interest rate they can always pay, therefore the bank doesn't have to worry about them. They've got a lot of high end interest rates right now that are above 6% I am sure and people are deferring on them. Banks will always loan recklessly because of sales and commission programs. Anyway, the S&P should drop no matter what over the next year or so, fairly regularly, or it will stop dropping in 3 days after a 15% plummet, then will plateau for a short period of time.
