There is no feasible way that our government can take away the weapons people already possess. It would be a logistical nightmare. Not to meantion, the agencies that would have to execute the order, have many gun owners amongst them.

A few years ago i saw an article that stated that Texas , by itself, has enough registered firearms to arm every household in the US.

It would be a nightmare.

All you have to do, is realize that if Hillary was king, she would have every right-leaning person in this country beheaded.

We don't even have a right-leaning leader who thinks of such things, so enjoy the voting ruse for the idiot left.

Europoor here.
I always read the 2nd as the right of a nation to have a standing army, not as an individual right to own guns.

Any Ameritards share this view?
>>
>>710840183
We have the individual right to bear arms, because private ownership of arms is the last defense against a failed government.

We also have a personal right to own and bear arms because we have an inherent right to self defense, and it is not the duty of the police to protect us.
>>

Oh shut the fuck up, idiot. You can't just dismiss the arguments made in favor of owning a gun. And if it's a problem for people they should certainly be allowed to speak out. We have another thing in our Bill of Rights about that one- although it's also woefully under-enforced.
>>
>>710840423
wrong, its literally worded for the individual PEOPLE to be able to bear arms so that they may rise against their government and protect themselves should they need to. its basically saying "we revolted against britain, and heres our own law that makes what we did perfectly legal for future generations to do the same if they need to."
>>
>>710840423
No, the 2nd is, was and always will be the right for civilians to own weapons in order to maintain control over tyranny.

Her plan is to allow gun companies to be sued everytime their products are used. Lawyers will end gun manufacturing for the public. But if someone committs murder by running someone else over with their car, you can't sue Ford or GM. Fucking stupid and illogical, but that's their plan, they've said so themselves.

>>
>>710840599

>>
>>710835189
Not really. Just impose heavy fines on registered gun owners until they willingly hand over the guns. Won't stop the illegal firearms, but then law enforcement agencies could easily crack down on that just like they do with drugs and drug trafficking.

This. The idea that the Constitution grants individuals the right to personally own firearms in the United States is the result of a massive joint lobbying campaign by the NRA and gun manufacturers, particularly since the 1980's, to increase membership and gun sales respectively.

These are facts, regardless of what your political affiliation is. The only difference between a liberal and conservative when it comes to these facts is that a liberal is able to accept reality, whereas a conservative is not willing to admit that he's been manipulated by incredibly rich people who pretend to represent his values while quietly disenfranchising them even further.
>>
>>710842917
I haven't been manipulated by anyone. I love my guns, for hunting, recreation and protection. Fuck off child, guns are for real men.
>>
>>710842559

they literally spend years teaching them to follow orders unquestioningly upon fear of death. They're taught that if they dont do what they're told they're risking terrible consequences because their superiors have more information about what's going on, far more than you can know in the field, and have their best interests at heart. If they get told to open fire into a crowd of civilians because it will cause those civilians to disperse instead of rioting, saving hundreds of lives at the cost of a dozen they'll do it and feel justified doing it. Their superiors will feel justified doing it too, for the same reasons. Politicians are great at lying and they'll lie in just the right way to get what they want done whilst filling the people doing it with total confidence in what they're doing.
>>
>>710840469

Allow me to explain beaner in terms you can understand.

Lunch, a meal necessary to any good day, the rights of the beaners to keep and consume tacos shall not be infringed?
Lunch has the rights?
No, beaners do.

Also, the militia act of 1903 defines the militia as all able bodied males ages 17-39
The 14th amendment extends this to women and all ages.

Also, "regulated" meant "in good working order" in those times. Consult Oxford for further instructions.

Lastly, you can look at previous drafts of the constitution along with the thoughts of the founding fathers to see what their intentions where.

In short, you're a pedantic faggot who is attempting to undercut freedom by arguing semantics. You are in fact a gigantic kike.

>gun ownership is only a collective right
Have you ever read U.S. v Miller? In 1934 the SC implicitly recognized that individuals had the right to own the same guns as the military. Before that, it was common knowledge.

That understanding went fuzzy in our collective consciousness during the 1960s until it was reaffirmed in the Heller decision.

The 2A, just like all of the Bill of Rights, defines individual rights, not collective ones.

>>
>>710844192

The point is that it's not a "right" granted by government, it's an unalienable right which all free people have intrinsically. The 2nd is an attempt to prevent government from even getting the silly idea that they might be the ones granting the rights.

I'm a liberal (with an enlightened dose of libertarian leaning) because the conservatives have gone fucking batshit, and are conservative in name only these days. There are certain parts of civic life which really do need collective action (common defense, a good road/education/police/healthcare system) and which the republicans have screwed up at every turn with misguided laissez-faire religion. Its like they never heard of negative feedback loops.

I personally like guns and have used them in the past, but currently I live in a safe enough neighborhood that the only thing owning a gun would do is get one of my kids shot accidentally.

You know absolutely NOTHING if you are going to seriously claim the Supreme Court has functioned, as originally intended, since the 1900s.

The Federal Reserve, the IRS, the FDA, the bail outs, George Bush's fake war, Obama's continuance of a war now going on 15 years old, Bernie Sanders' outright and blatant electoral vote being stolen and the JD not being compelled by Congress by the SC to ensure EQUAL justice be applied...

You are seriously fucking delusional if you're going to sit here and seriously claim the Supreme Court is anything. Especially when the USA polls approval of Congress at the lowest since it was first established.

In a 5-4 decision, the Court, meticulously detailing the history and tradition of the Second Amendment at the time of the Constitutional Convention, proclaimed that the Second Amendment established an individual right for U.S. citizens to possess firearms and struck down the D.C. handgun ban as violative of that right. The majority carved out Miller as an exception to the general rule that Americans may possess firearms, claiming that law-abiding citizens cannot use sawed-off shotguns for any law-abiding purpose. Similarly, the Court in its dicta found regulations of similar weaponry that cannot be used for law-abiding purposes as laws that would not implicate the Second Amendment. Further, the Court suggested that the United States Constitution would not disallow regulations prohibiting criminals and the mentally ill from firearm possession.

All the Democrat's and Liberal gun fear mongerers love to claim the NRA's racist "links" in the 1950's, conveniently leaving out the fact that the NRA was established in the USA to arm Black's, as people saw the implicit danger of the Government deciding who could and couldn't have Rights that were, allegedly, God given and couldn't be infringed upon.

Texasfag here. This.

The stereotypes about Texas are true in that there's crapton of right-leaning, pro-gun, NRA types in this State. What people don't know is that the stereotypical right-wingers represent the minority of gun owners.

Most gun owners in Texas are not members of the NRA, not necessarily conservative, and would just as soon not reveal their power level.

There is absolutely no way to truly estimate the number of firearms in Texas. To say it'd be a logistical nightmare to try and collect these weapons is an understatement. It's logistically impossible. It will not go well for anyone who tries.

I can only assume that this is true for the rest of the US as well.

Also, there are a crapload of pro-gun liberals in Texas. The majority of them are Bernie Sanders supporters. They are now understandably pissed at the Clinton camp...and they have guns.

You do realize that prior to obamacare (or romneycare, same thing) the free market was driving healthcare costs up at an exponential rate, right? The system was heading toward collapse, even the republicans admitted that much. Obamacare is a qualified success in that in did two things: flatten out the rate of increase, and regulate the industry to eliminate fraudulent "do nothing" policies (you could get insured pretty cheaply before obamacare but you'd be completely fucked if you ever actually needed anything more than a flu shot).

The reality is that a properly designed single-payer system is what we need (and what works reasonably well everywhere else in the civilized world), but the republicans have big pharma's cock so deeply up their asses that it's currently not possible to get there (to be sure there are dems with the same penchant for big pharma cock).

Pieczenik claims that the Clintons are attempting a coup by using corruption and political cronyism to infiltrate and influence the White House, CIA, FBI and Attorney General.
He goes on to state that a counter-coup has been initiated by members of the "intelligence community" from over a dozen agencies with the help of Wikileaks. When Comey brought the Weiner emails to light, this was:
the entrée in the counter-coup to say to the administration: "we have your number." Not only do we have your number, we're going to stop you from making Hillary the next POTUS, and at the same time we're going to convict and indict the POTUS, Loretta Lynch and many others who were involved in the massive coverup that occurred under the Clinton Foundation.
He goes on to state that this may be the first time both a coup and counter-coup was initiated via the internet. He stresses the need for a peaceful transition and that indeed this is a very important historical

If I rarely get sick and only NEED a flu shot once a year, I should very well be able to ONLY pay for the services I need. There's nothing fraudulent about that.

Eliminating those policies you're trying to call "fraudulent" is the exact reason obamacare is imploding now. No one's going to pay for shit they don't need to cover some other poor fucker who's getting shot in a drug deal. And telling them they have to isn't freedom or American.

Not the /b/ro you're talking to, but lemme holla...

Why are you comparing very, very small European nations who can't even afford their member dues to stay in the EU and get handouts to pay for their social programs to the USA?

I 100% admit that we have a serious fucking problem in America with the healthcare.

But, even if we trashed all social programs and the military budget, made it all 0, threw it all away, right? we still couldn't afford Free healthcare. Shit, we couldnt even afford free college...

We have too many people.

We need to get rid of the FDA's monopoly and unchecked mob ruling of our healthcare system. That alone would drive competetive drug manufacturers and healthcare providers to lower costs.
>>
>>710845946
The reason people claim there are so many mass shootings in the US is because people deliberately use stupid definitions that nobody would actually think are reasonable. If you follow shit like the "mass shooting tracker" online, it uses a definition something along the lines of a person shooting at (and not even necessarily hitting) 4 (I believe is the specific number) other people.
So Jamal shooting at rivals on his corner in a drive-by = mass shooting and is counted as such.
Hell on at least 2 occasions that I know of they counted children shooting at people with pellet guns as mass shootings
>>
>>710845215
Fellow socially liberal/libertarian with a fairly mixed view on economic issues checking in. I also like guns.

Lately I've been thinking about gun violence issues and more and more I'm coming to the conclusion that gun violence can actually be beneficial. In fact, I think given the current state of the economy for the average American, I'd actually like to see an increase in gun violence.

I'm not trying to be edgy, and I don't normally wish violence upon people, but hear me out. Guns in many ways democratize violence. I grew up in the ghetto and while gun violence was a frequent occurrence, I personally never felt scared of getting shot. I was always worried about being killed, but I didn't have the luxury of worrying about whether I would be shot, or stabbed, or beaten to death with a cinder block, or run over multiple times, all things that occurred in my neighborhood. Guns essentially "desegregate violence" to a point. Yes, certain communities suffer from and cause gun violence more than others, but every once in a while a middle/upper class person gets shot too. Without guns, and their ease of exacting violence, poor/uneducated communities would continue to suffer from more localized forms of violence like stabbing and beatings while already well off communities would become even more segregated from the effects of societal issues. I doubt we would see a huge reduction in overall crime in the most vulnerable communities but we would definitely see less violence impacting middle/upper class people.

Imo this is a bad thing. Violence, while unfortunate, is a method of signaling that we have some very serious societal issues we need to take care of. Without the risk of violence impacting the middle/upper classes, there would be little incentive, or I should say even less incentive, for those classes to give a shit about the working poor and marginalized communities.

A second video was uploaded by Pieczenik on the same day, this time detailing the Clinton's ties to Jeff Epstein and the global pedophilia network.
He continues by stating that there's much more to the Weiner emails story, and that the NYPD has information about Hillary Clinton and many of the elites and their predilection for pedophilia.

Two high profile pedophilia cases have come to light in recent years, the abuses of Jerry Sandusky at Penn State and those of famed British entertainer Jimmy Savile. While both cases certainly garnered their fair share of media attention, their time in the spotlight has ended and we are led to believe that their horrific abuses were the result of a lone pedophile preying on children, while esteemed institutions turned a blind eye to their discretions.
Occasionally, however, the media would pick up on a story such as “Jimmy Savile was part of satanic ring” 1, EXPRESS UK, or “Jerry Sandusky was part of pedophile ring, victim claims” 2, GLOBAL POST. These stories seem absurd at first glance. Yet if they are investigated further, we are lead down a horrific and disturbing rabbit hole of pedophiles populating positions of power in government, finance, and entertainment.
This post will lay out the evidence for an international pedophile ring of massive proportions. The information contained within is of tremendous importance, for we are sitting on our very own modern holocaust, a holocaust of children. I promise that this statement is by no means an exaggeration, and urge you to not be scared away by these walls of text, which are as concise as possible while still conveying the necessary information. Throughout, I will be completely transparent with my sources, and will not beat you over the head with conclusions, but rather present you with evidence and let you decide for yourselves.

I just think its funny you're trying to make a point about Obama winning an election against Hillary, despite the obvious fact he is exactly like her and she is exactly like bush. Hence trump has a strong chance of winning because americans are sick of these fucking people. Are you even american on that note?

...except for the fact that not even Trump knows what his own policies are (they change all the time based on who he's giving a speech to), and that a "secure border wall" is impossible. Not that it matters, because over 70% of illegal immigrants currently in this country didn't climb a wall to get in here, they walked in through the front door and simply overstayed their VISA's. No wall in the world is going to fix that... but it sure will make white people FEEL safer, provided they don't think about the details too hard.

A few example of how incredibly stupid Liberals are.

Michelle Obama addressing Trump's "Locker Room Talk" : "His words have shaken me to my very core."

Michelle and Barack have invited Jay-Z and Beyonce to the White House numerous times despite their lyrics being 100 times worse than anything Trump has ever said.

Hillary paraded both of them on stage for a concert yesterday to pander to the black vote.

Liberals: We are against body shaming! nobody should be a victim of body shaming! It's totally normal and healthy to be morbidly obese and men are pigs for not dating fat girls! It's absolutely disgusting!

In the same breath: Donald Trump has crap hair, small hands, orange skin, is extremely fat and probably has a tiny dick!

Example 2

Liberals: We should not paint all Muslims with the same brush! Not all of them are terrorists! that's a broad generalization!

In the same breath: All Donald Trump supporters are racist, sexist bigots and Islamaphobic!

Example 3

Liberals: We respect the right to free speech. We respect that not everyone agrees with out views and we thing that is amazing! that is what makes the world beautiful!

Individual who does not agree with every topic in a debate with a Liberal, Liberals be like: YOU'RE FUCKING RACIST AND BIGOTED!!!!!! REEEEEEEEEEEE

Liberals in a nutshell. Liberalism is a mental disorder.

Do you see quotation marks in the op? She may not have said "you have no constitutional right to bear arms" word for word but she has said she believes the supreme court got it wrong when they ruled people have a right to keep a loaded gun for protection in their own home. Its pretty hard to believe that and still believe the right of the people to keep and bears arms shall not be infringed. That should give people the idea of the kind of supreme court justice she will appoint.

The second amendment has always applied to the individual right of the people. To suggest anything else is ludicrous. If it were only to apply to a militia it would say the right of the militia not the right of the people. The entire bill of rights applies to the people.

Yeah? That's technically a true statement based on logic and facts, I'll give you that, but its disengeuous to leave it like that and not acknowledge the root of the problem isn't Blacks owning guns legally or illegally, its a cultural problem caused by our own government.

The 1960s and 70s DECIMATED the Black American family Unit by the government literally going door-to-door signing blacks up for welfare and breaking the family structure apart and creating the mass poverty we see today.

You need to seriously take yourself out of the blinder-mentality and look at the cause and affect between the Gov't and the social problems we have today. It's not a simple statistical problem.

To suggest that the second amendment only applies to a militia and that militia is the military makes no sense. Why would a military need a constitutional right to keep and bear arms? That seems like it would be a pretty pointless amendment since a disarmed military is obviously useless.

Good thing it doesn't say anything about the right of the militia, when it gets to the part about the right it clearly says the people. Try to keep up.

Why would they feel a need to add an amendment, the second one even, just to protect the right of the military to be armed? Seems like common sense the military would have to be armed.

Maybe it could have something to do with the fact they just got done fighting a war against a military and knew that they were an necessary evil and since we needed a military we also needed to arm the people so they don't fall victim to it?

Clinton team terrified of latest Wikileaks release: 'Friends, please remember that if you see a whopper of a Wikileaks in next two days - it's probably a fake.' - Best Twitter answer: 'except WikiLeaks uses Google DKIM authentication you moron'

Read carefully...

>A well regulated Militia,
Militia meant every able bodied man
back then a man was 17-18 and was considered a militia member of his state

>being necessary to the security of a free State,
free state means free from a corrupt government. Notice the comma? That's important for this next part...

>the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,
This is arguably not the operational clause, but a sub clause within the main which is clearly understood when read outloud

>shall not be infringed."
Remember the comma above? this means the state, the government, nobody can infringe upon this right

not sure why the comma even matters to either side of the argument when read out loud its quite clear...and either way the comma argument cements the context anyways...

Subject: Dyncorps Post Story -- Second Shoe To Drop

Folks,

You may recall an April 17 Post story on problems with Dyncorps in Afghanistan which focused on a suspected
drug overdose death, breakdown in internal controls within the company, and actions the USG and the firm

were taking. The other issue that surfaced at the time was a colossal error in judgment by one of the
contractors' employees in hiring an adolescent boy dancer for some sort of event that, at least to most folks,

looked very inappropriate. The Post is now looking at the dancing boy, which was not included in the April 17,
article, and we expect will soon publish a story on it.

The Post inquiry at this point focuses only on confirming whether or not there's an OIG investigation. We are,

of course, referring the Post to the OIG on such a question. However, the premise for the question raises the

issue again in some eye-popping rhetoric which could feature in the follow-up story, so I wanted to make sure
everyone had a heads-up.

We have already relieved the folks involved with both incidents and I am meeting with the firm's CEO today to

hear his report on his trip to Afghanistan and Iraq to address these, as well as other, issues on which we have
demanded corrective actions.

I'm attaching the original note to Deputy Secretary Lew at the time of the original inquiry which lays out both

issues, a copy of the memo the INL section at Embassy Kabul provided to Post Management on the most
recent Post inquiry, as well as the Post inquiry itself for context.

David.

Incoming from Post:

"According to my reporting, the week of April 13th, the DynCorp regional commander from Konduz, Flint Chambers,

allowed his men to hire a 15-year-old boy dancer to do tribal dances at a DynCorp party on the training site.

Some 15 or so DynCorp employees in attendance pulled out a single chair and had the boy do mock lap dances. This

was captured on video. The video shows DynCorp employees putting dollar bills in the boy's waistband, just as they would
a stripper's garter. The revelry lasted about 45 minutes.

74

UNCLASSIFIED U.S. Department of State Case No. F-2014-20439 Doc No. C05761691 Date: 06/30/2015

No sex took place.

The video was leaked to Kabul INL program manager, Marissa Martin. INL Washington ordered INL Kabul to replace the
entire DynCorp chain of commaand.

The video was leaked by Mike Gonzalez to another DynCorp employee who emailed the video to Martin. Flint Chambers
retaliated against Mike by spitting in his face, pushing him to the ground in front of the DynCorp security building in Kabul.

Chambers was fired, along with Dean Deines, Stan Knee and David Kelly.

Can you confirm that the IG is looking into this? (in addition to the Kurt Schafer incident)

Thank you,
