The key is to always get up the same time, not too early, not too late. If you can't do it earlier, go with 9am. Force yourself to not go to bed before 11pm, no matter what. You'll eventually find a time to go to bed regularly and it'll be around 1am, then work from there, get up at 8, go to bed at 0. It will work, no doubt. Most people will tell you to go work out, socialize and so on to exhaust yourself and find peaceful sleep, but that doesn't work and it doesn't work because without acceptable sleeping habits you can't do any of that in the first place. Just get up at the same semi-early time every day and it will become easier to fix everything else, I promise.
