I personally don't give a shit about that person, however if it wasn't for kindergarten teachers, I wouldn't have mastered any foreign language. Moreover, children up to 6-7 years old learn those things way faster than 10-year olds, not mentioning older children. My cousin had known 4 languages by the age of 9 (on a basic level, but that's way beyond many /b/tards here, even me) and that's not just because she had a talent, because her sister and brother went the same path, were invested in and had good preschool care/teachers.
I'd personally have mixed feelings about this. I worked with people with down syndrome (medium) and sometimes it's like trying to teach integrals to a 4-year old. Those people are best suited to a work that does not involve large groups and paying attention to many things at the same time. Ie. sewing, woodworks, etc. They can really show that they have talent when you give them a handful of clay and a bit later they come back with a very nice pot.
