There's a dirt road behind the golf cart facility that takes you up the hill. Technically LMCo property, from Wads you'll go past the abandoned guard shack, hang a left before you get to the yellow gate. Road dumps you out just in front of the main-gate guard shack.
Because it is technically LMCo property, their security will patrol that area. There's an old cemetary up there.
