Due to protocol's high screening requirements, no viable condidates for the F800101 program have been tested for enhancement prior to acquiring subject ACM0501, AKA "Bucky". Bucky has been, as Dr. Hashemada stated, "A Godsend", as it was previously believed there would be little to no chance a viable subject could be successfuly bred in our lab, much less found on some idle street stroll.
Bucky states that after escaping a transport, he had to hide in a pond and escape a feral herd and smarty herd leader that attempted to sexually brautalize him, surviving alone for about 1 week. These events piqued the curiousity of our bio-quality screener's assistant, as fluffies are notoriously hydrophobic and usually drown even in shallow pools due to physical shock, and are notoriously unlikely to survive hostile encounters.
Bucky confirmed abnormal; Early testing has shown that Bucky was fertile at the time of screening, was initially physically healthy (although obviously distraught), and has so far passed our intelligence tests with scoring previously believed to be virtually nonexistent among fluffies.
These traits make him an ideal subject for physical enhancement, potential telomere extension and retrovial genetic modification. Staff social interactions with subject are as of now strictly positive to neutral; success means Bucky will likely be easily conditioned to follow complex orders and have any modified genetic haploid data passed to offsprings rapidly for us to start correcting Hasbioâ„¢'s horrendous mistakes on a gross scale.

In a typical fluffy's rapid metabolic processing, FGH pituitary secretion has doubled and Bucky gained 3.300 KGs in 10 days. By late week 09 Bucky was peaking physical growth as measured among healthy alicorn stallions, raising his code size to rating 03 - good rating but still inferior to the healthiest of "Earth" fluffies. Next phase confirmed week 09.
Starting Week 10 Bucky has been actively injected and fed with veterinary steroids: Namely Equipoise (3X0.1CC a week) and Trebolone Acetate pellets (4X1MG, weekly oral ingestion), in addition to more FGH extracted from other fluffies (15MG a week).

Rear and sphincter function now seem to be more controllable by Bucky, likely due to enhanced semitendinous and superficial gluteus muscle strength and mass, as Bucky hadn't defecated involuntarily since the start of week 13. This, even when accidentally panicking after seeing a heavy notebook fall off my desk and land inches away from his muzzle (though it did result with minor release of flatulence).
General bone calcification has increased by 15%, and horn length has also increased by about an half an inch(untested due to low relevance, may be observed later). Steroid induced liver and and testicular damage both remain at noted but manageable levels without causing Bucky notable stress. As a precaution, we've given Bucky Stanozolol (3X1CC injections a week) to prevent any potential loss of muscle mass while genitals and liver recover. As of week 15 testicles have shown a full recovery with no damage to fertility or sexual function, and liver recovery is well underway and is expected to heal fully.
Despite a high calcium diet and oral anabolics, Bucky does not seem to suffer from any form of renal failure. Body weight has thus far remained steady, making the cycle viable for future repetitions.

Oddly, perhaps due to his elevated level of intelligence, the sudden increase in bioavailable anabolic hormones has not increased levels of aggression or any visible signs of Smarty Syndrome behaviour.
Bucky has been taking his injections and meds with an impressive deal of resilience and cooperation, especially given his initial frailty, after being explained with moderate detail that he was chosen to become a "da stwonges' fwuffy". Unexpectedly, however, Bucky's initial response was cynical and forlorn, saying that "thew aw so many big fwuffies ou dew ... Smawties ... Tuffies .. I am onwy smaww munsta fwuff nowody wikes".
An unusual response, even for an alicorn, given a fluffy's hardcoded tendency to immediately agree and approve of any human owner's statement. As expected, libido has increased, and Bucky has reluctantly asked about potential interactions with other fluffies in the near future, likely in desire of a mate.
Regardless, the obvious initial success and physical progress have elevated Bucky's spirits considerably. He is now quite pleased to interact with lab staff, myself included, likely hoping he would become an even "bette' lab flwuffy", in his own words. Further physical enhancement impending confirmation and enhancement ideas to be made by the Fluffybooru board of directors.
Also, Mental conditioning and potential enhancement will now commence, starting week 16, after the Booru board meeting decides on steps to be taken in that regard as well.
