i don't usually sniff packets, and if i do i usually use ettercap. the best things to look for is http if you want social media accounts. but good luck finding any that don't use https or ssl. your best bet is to set up your own AP and try get a shell on their pc, that way you can just search their pc for accounts and you could also get a little botnet going since social media accounts on their own are practically worthless
