I had a lot of sexual experiences with other children when I was a kid. It's really helped me a ton dealing with depression. I resisted getting professional help and for almost two years I never improved. Eventually I stumbled across this.

Ultimately, you should try to get to a place like this. Accept your flaws and work through thought processes and emotions that are counterproductive and unhealthy.
This is something that is best done alone, which might be why it's so effective. I never saw a professional therapist, and a part of me is a little proud of that.
