Yeah it's bad, and you can reason with yourself by listing things you have to live for, focusing on the good, force yourself to be noble and stoic, bash yourself for your cowardly pussy thoughts that goes against your human nature to want to live, push it down, shoulder it, keep going, not give a fuck, use it to projectile yourself down a self destructive path that leaves you with one foot in the grave but alive none the less.
