Robots and machines are inherently more suited for war and killing than living creatures. They can run off fossil fuel, batteries, solar cells and various other power sources, including nuclear. They don't need to rest or sleep. They don't think or feel. Once properly programmed and tested you can expect them to behave exactly the same way in a given scenario, every time. They can be fully autonomous or fully or in part remote controlled by a human. Also, no one gives a shit if a robot dies. You could suicide a billion robots to achieve victory and no one but government bean counters would care.
Living creatures are a whole different ballgame, particularly when you add sentience to the mix. For an anthro to be as useful and versatile in combat as a human soldier, or a robot with human support, it would pretty much need to be as intelligent as a human.
The brain is probably the single hardest organ in the body to artificially recreate or modify with reliable results. We will probably have dogs with anthro bodies or humans with dog-looking anthro bodies millennia before we're able to create a purpose-built brain that is more suited for combat than a human one. An advanced biological brain could also have the potential for emotions and the occasional random or erratic behavior that is typical of most reasonably intelligent animals. That's not something you want in a war machine.
Furthermore, by the point where anthros are approaching human intelligence you will probably have a shitstorm (at least in the west) over whether or not it is right to keep them as combat slaves. Dumb anthros leading comfortable, sheltered lives in exchange for occasionally having sex with their owner will probably be an easier sell (except maybe to hardcore feminists, because reasons).
I guess I'm also an autist for writing all this.

While that is true, it's extremely costly and complex to build a fully functioning robot. There's not a single autonomous robot right now that can serve that purpose. I think I remember reading that DARPA's current robot budget is around $15B. Also, our current robots are still very fragile.
There also comes the problem with AI, which is extremely dangerous. The top minds in the world such as Stephen Hawking and Elon Musk have already warned of it. They're very dangerous because of how fast they will learn once we start making them. Of course, we don't even have a single super-computer right now that can come even close to the computational level of the human mind.
As for the anthros, we would be isolating and splicing certain genes that would be able limit or completely block those kinds of things.
And no, you're not an autist for explaining your points rationally. In fact, I thank you for it. Everyone else in the other thread has just thrown around insults like shit-slinging apes. Leave it to a fellow furry to be rational and intelligent.
