Yes there are daily evaluations. But as long as you keep a high rate (which is relatively easy) you'll be fine. Every 3 months you also get an evaluation and if you keep over 100% you get a raise. It's very easy to work up the latter. As for secrets, I don't really know any. I mean we actually do quality checks on the items. If an item is damaged it's easily traced back to the person who did it. We all take our job very seriously and with alot of respect to the customer. As long as your a good worker and don't mess with the items or try to steal them your do just fine. Also do not try to steal anything if you work there. You WILL NOT get away with it. They k own every item in the warehouse and everything can be traced back to an individual person. They know the quality and quantity of every item in the wearhouse.
