I was once in your situation. One morning I woke up and decided to completely changed my life.
Started exercising, yoga, walks around the local park. Stopped eating crap. Withdrew from negative people in my life. Started dressing well, never went out without brushing my hair, shaving, felt like i needed to look like i cared about myself. Started budgeting, sounds weird and pointless when you only have a little amount of money, but knowing exactly how much I had at all times actually helped me to make sense of my situation. Gave me some control and I felt less repair about it. Also made it so I could grab a coffee in a posh cafe once a week, was good to hang around people with money and feel like I belonged there.
Gradually it all helped me get on my feet. There were plenty of times I still felt like shit, but I also believed there was a way out of the situation.
As weight atarted to come off, and I had a few banknotes in my wallet, then started thinking about getting a job that would get me on my feet again. I was always a loser with education and never expected myself to ever amount to much. Worked hard and after a couple of months got a good entry level job with an airline. Within a few months I was getting an average wage, but better than that was travelling around the world.
Man, I wish you all the best. Try your best to maintain focus. You can't rely on others, you just have to do it yourself. It sounds like you're at the worst level you've been, why not aim to better it rather than roll over.
