I want it to be cement, like a nice parking garage.
A shuttle system to travel between areas.
1 acre of Parkour gym space, 20 stories tall.
A section for martial arts. Enough room to comfortable fit a Boxing ring, a TKD arena, MMA octagon, mats, maybe a sand pit, melee weapons combat arena, a variety of punching bags, a few dummies, weapons.
A section for exercising equipment.
Archery range, dart boards, shooting range, maybe a bomb range.
A compound for paintball and airsoft, designed like a small urban city area.
A few large black diamond and double black diamond mountain biking trails in a part of the backyard.
A forest area for training various skills.
A section for metal working. A section for woodworking. A section for electronic tinkering.
A section for mechanical tinkering.
A gaming room with various computers and consoles. VR sets and rooms, the works. An arcade with various arcade games.
A huge fucking library, like holy shit, that's a big ass fucking library; stocked with a good variety of shit.
An area for meditation. A few gardens, a few rooms. Some sensory deprivation tanks, some sensory deprivation rooms.
A section dedication to music and music production. An extensive collection of a variety of musical instruments. A few recording studios, good stuff.
A few soundproof rooms just for the hell of it, empty and sound proof space to do shit.
An office, a study, and another soundproof empty room, in one section.
A personal eating area, as well as a banquet hall.
Fully stocked, state of the art, high-tech kitchen.
A few facilities dedicated to scientific research.
Various areas for various disciplines.
A cozy bedroom, with one of these beds.
youtube.com/watch?v=4BvwpjaGZCQ
A room for stand up showering. A room for sitting or laying down showering. A room for bathing. A room for a toilet.
This is around the sleeping area.
Toilet and showering areas will be placed in key areas.
Without planning, anyway.

montreal is a really cool city for students. it's safe, not as expensive as toronto or vancouver, a bit ugly and run down but hip as fuck and it's multicultural. the best places to live are downtown, the plateau, and the old port. a nice 2 1/2 (1 room, a kitchen and a bathroom) can cost you 800 to 1200 CAD. food for a month about 150 CAD. the transit monthly card 80 CAD. women are incredibly good looking, from all races. it's an incredimle city. winter though...

>>704874035
I'm not sure, actually. When you try to look it up, all it implies is that this house is the one they lived in for a time, and JayZ picked out the orange accents. BUT then you read stories about when they went homeless a few years back and bought a house in Italy(?) and New Orleans after the guy from Minecraft(?) bought a house from under them. I'm left to assume that house was the one he bought but I don't know for sure. Beautiful views though and it even has a skateboard ramp, a private gym, and a fucking bowling alley in the basement area.
Not counting the wine cellar, the fucking AMAZING closet space, and the gilded solid granite bathtubs. Whoever bought that house is living the fucking dream.
>i like houses a lot

>no privacy
No need. If you're rich enough to afford a place like this, you're rich enough to afford this place in an area thats full of rich people who'd have no need to break in to steal anything. And most of them are elevated too, so looking through them on the ground floor all you'd see is the ceiling. Looking in through them at a distance would be impossible because you'd be a millionaire who could afford private security or something. tl;dr wouldn't be as bad as youd think but ultimately i agree. you feel really exposed.
