This is the highest result the test I was given reaches; anything further and they'd consider it to be within the margin of error for that test.

Dunno if there's a relation at all. I've been using hanes boxer briefs for years though. One thing I didn't notice. Just went to hanes.com and saw that the cotton briefs aren't all cotton. It might very much be a case of pilonydal cyst. I had some and got surgery for this. Hole were tighter and I had 5-6 of them though. Perhaps yours is an infected one.

Well that's the only way for it to heal. The initial surgery is the worse because you need to be on heavy pain killers for about 2 weeks and clean out the wound after every time you take a shit. You won't be able to drive or work during these two weeks. And taking a shit hurts like hell. After 2 weeks, the wound is mostly dried out but will continue to drain out puss. The doc will put a piece of rubber in the wound to keep it open allowing it to drain as that is the only way for the wound to heal. This takes about 6 months or more, but after 1 month you shouldn't fell any pain. You will have some incontinence until it fully heals.

this is a pilonidal cyst. I had one and since i was a retard and didn't clean it I had to have surgery because it got worse. Trim your ass hairs around it with an electric razor that has a guard, then every night use Dakin's or something like it to clean it out. If you don't, they will have to take a chunk out of your ass and it will hurt and take months to heal, and you will have to shave your ass for a long time. Trust me, it's easier to just take the treatment I gave you. It will take a while to heal, probably 3-4 weeks and it will be a slow process.
