depending on your dosage, you might feel overwhelmed, and as other anon said, a Xanax could calm you down, but I have never tried that in my 20+ times doing it.
I would recommend a dose of about 150ug for your first time, but even 200ug would be fine (thats what i did)
the most important thing ALWAYS is set and setting. you have to feel comfortable and okay with where you are, and also how you feel about life. if you are anxious in life, then LSD could exacerbate that. if you have an experienced friend, do it with them, otherwise, if you are by yourself for the first time ( i probably wouldnt recommend this) then just lower the dosage
