I did the 300/300 wombo combo. So that's like a bottle of Robotussin + 12 pink pills of Benadryl. It's a very dark, surreal experience. Colors change to dark tones like gray, purple, blue, and black. You get a "shutter" effect in terms of visuals. Like when an old computer program is frozen and you drag it around and it makes repetitions of itself. Also saw shadow people and spiders but I didn't give a fuck because of the DXM euphoria canceling out the DPH dysphoria.
It's very fun, but make sure you do it in your house or a safe environment and have someone nearby in case all goes to hell.

Xanax, oxy(or any other opiate/oid) and weed.
Well, any other than tramadol. I used to do a loooot of drugs a few years back, and xanax-oxy-weed (in that order) was always my go-to. Add a beer or 4 on top, and I was always in pure bliss. I'd substitute other opiates (codiene, hydro, morphine, occasionally H) with it when I couldn't get ahold of oxy. I made the mistake of attempting the same combination with tramadol, as it was all I could get at the time, two times. Absolute nightmare, I got extremely paranoid, depressed, violent and the list goes on.
I'm really not sure why, I've taken tramadol by itself plenty of times and never had any negative effects from it. I've taken doses up to and slightly over an entire gram of it with no ill effects. But mixing it with xanax and pot really fucked me up mentally, luckily only for the duration I was on it. Did it twice, never did it again, never will. I was scared to even take it by itself for a while, but eventually did and no bad effects. I actually like tramadol a lot, it has a special something to it than other opiods don't, likely due to the SNRI properties.
Another great combo is mushrooms and MDMA. I also had an amazing time, once, after eating 3 grams of shrooms after I was already drunk. Tried it again after, and it made the trip too intense so I haven't tried it again. Mushrooms trips are so adverse, though, so I may try it again some day.
You can also never go wrong mixing low-dose oxy with a little bit of alcohol either, if you want to just kick back and relax but still have a pretty clear head. I'm talking like 10mg oxy, and a shot/beer or two. Something like that always lifts my mood and makes mundane shit much more enjoyable, while still being able to comprehend what's going on and still being able to function properly. It's a nice, mellow high for when you're doing work around the house or something of the like.
Bleach and Ammonia are my personal favorites. Stir them together before inhaling deeply. You aren't technically drinking any of it, so you are completely safe.

Opana and diludid(sp?) are definitely much nicer than their weaker counterparts, but I tried both when I was opiate naive and it was a terrible time. Even with correct dosing you're still going to get sick as fuck because they're both so potent. To somebody who doesn't do opiates much, hydrocodone or oxycodone in lower doses is a much better choice, and achieves the same effects without getting sick as fuck
