ISIS and the Middle East in general is fucked but there is only so much we can realistically do as a country. In the real world the economy is very much a beast of its own as well as other countries, so are foreign countries. One last thing too, Iran really is not that bad. The nuclear deal was the right thing to do overall. The leaders of Iran aren't suicidal so even if they had nuclear weapons they wouldn't use them. You bring them into the global economy and they have more incentive to be diplomatic about their actions.
