Right, you know how we all start off as female, and then males receive hormone signals that direct them to develop as male. And that process can go wrong, when you have a sexual development disorder. The obvious one is Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (AIS), where you get men who are physically female, but that happens in varying degrees, sometimes you only get partial or incomplete masculinisation.
