A lot of people put ranch on pizza, my fridge is side by side as is the fridge of most people i know, and i can't really speak about size but it wouldn't surprise me to get one that big in america.
No it's not, but a supreme pizza does have all the food groups on it, so it's not extremely unhealthy, although it is by no means healthy
