Help me /b/, I have anxiety and it's seriously driving me nuts!
I also have health anxiety, to make matters worse.

Same here op it's fucking shit. I had to get bloodwork/ekg and all that shit done for a new job. My nerves were shot.

Health anxiety is where you start exaggerating your own symptoms in your mind, or even make them up subconsciously. The other name for it is hypochondria.

what i do is when i feel the sensation of anxiety i keep tallling myself it is giving me sexual pleasure, keep saying it more and more and eventuallly is disapates and you feel like you just creamed
