I do think a college education is ridiculously overpriced, and not in keeping with a new graduate's expected salary. But given the college dropout rates, I would support reduced tuition/interest waivers for students who pursue subjects that actually contribute to developing new infrastructure

Wall Street is already heavily "taxed." However, if you have enough money to want to hide money, you have enough money to pay someone to help you hide that money. A flat/slightly graduated income tax on all US based incomes would be fair to all. That said, we need to find a way to address companies that make money in the US but ship their investment dollars overseas - those jobs should be here.
