i have digimon 2 on my emulator as well.
only played halfway through it though cause i keep getting stuck on that graveyard area where the digimon is blocking your path and will murder your ass if you try to go that way.
even googled that shit but the way to get past that part in the storyline takes alot of walking from the top of the map back down to the bottom and back again if im not mistaken.
ended up sayin fuck all that noise and went to play twisted metal 4.

This is the same argument I use to justify why anyone would or could ever like FF7. I mean it was good but people act like it brought up a new era of mankind.
FF8 is just a much richer story, graphically upgraded just enough and all of the characters were relatable and believable. FF7 had stupid characters that I never used, ever, Yuffie, Cait Sith, Barret, etc. (Not to mention the ever useless Aerith)

I highly doubt anyone ever replayed FF7 and used Aerith/Aeris again. Why even bother. Especially with the materia system anyone could be a healer. She was useless and then she died taking any exp/materia you forgot to unequip.
