I will just be honest: Life would go on.
Unlike many here I just wish to point out that statistics dealing with black people are a part of the nature of those cities. With less job opportunities and better money making doing violent crimes it is no wonder there are more criminals, especially since many whites do hold a racist viewpoint. But the elimination of an entire population of people on a global scale would free up our economy and prison systems considerably due to the sheer number of people out there. Statistically, it would aid in that. But on a global scale it hurts and helps all of us in the fact that there would most likely be a new squabble on our hands yet we could actually focus here instead of throwing MORE distractions to the people.
We look to Africa and say "They need our help" when in truth we should have left them alone. Hell, Yahoo even put up a south-africa protest about a high schooler's afro for crying out loud. It would waste us less resources to try and "Save" the world when we need to improve our economy and our way of life, but we won't. People are stupid in that regard sadly.
As for how it would harm: It may lead to possible fighting between remaining individuals.
Africa most likely has undiscovered resources somewhere on it (Be it more oil, more gems, ect) which could be harvested easily enough if no one was in the way. Major superpowers would want to go for it while other groups may use the large landmass to hide out in various locations or try and claim it as their own (Example: ISIS moving a reserve force there or making a training camp in that area). Not only that, but some areas of research may be hindered as well due to there being black scientists on some teams and they do have key roles in some experiments.
In the end this is all speculation, but you need to remember it can help and hinder in every sense of the word. (Continuing)

No, it wouldn't matter as we would be looking at the people slowly converting to one majority of that arrangement of people.
