I'm not the same guy, you were previously replying to, but in terms of realism, by what I've seen in blacksmith videos the gargatuant sword can be used but not in a practical way.
The lenght is not too farfched, a claymore is about the same lenght, its the width and weight distribution that's fucked up, too wide and the handles too short.
A strongman can give it a few swings but will be tired shortly after, so tecnically it could be used as an executioner sword which is meant for a fast kill.
If you used a carbon alloy, making it lighter, and a few modifications the buster sword could be practical.
