I do work for TV and film and have to film alot of conferences and political events and the shit they say behind closed doors or when they think they are talking to "their people" let's me know they don't give a fuck about the people at all. Their thinly veiled avarice is only marginally masked by their ability to throw a smoke screen up on stupid social issues that they don't have any legitimate reason to block especially when compared to most 1st world countries. Any political party that resorts to demagoguery, xenophobia and racism and inciting violence is already a non starter for me.
