Government by bureaucracy is relatively new in the grand scheme of things, but we're seeing a host of flaws that seem to never get ironed out (because those same bureaucrats have to enact those very solutions). We need to try something else. Dethroning the leadership is just the first step, and really the easy step; figuring out how to transition to something else that may work is the real issue.
