/k/ is boring, post your guns /b/
>i dont have guns
stay cucked then faggot
I guess on a board where people post trap/sissy shit, you'd get thread where little boys post their metal penis replacements...and they're no better than the mentally disturbed sissies that like that shit.
Why don't you have a 100rd double drum magazine? WHY?!?!
Glock 23 Gen 4. Thought about getting a Smith & Weston Revolver next.
I love my .40 caliber. Its well balanced and great for conceal carry. Use the alien holsters for every day carry.
Yeah I fire my father-in-laws guns a lot and it is by far on of my favorites next to Glock.
I've had it for 6 years now and it's been flawless and accurate as all get out, but I bought it for a suppressor platform. There are plenty of polymer guns just as good and much cheaper.
my M1 grand restored
it does kick hard, but also im 6'1'' and it makes it a better length for me
I'm partial to the winchesters but the older marlins are not too bad, a friend of mine got a recent model marlin with canted rear sight from the factory so not sure on marlin anymore. my big boy is nice but the price is up there.
I'd say I shoot it every other 2 weeks but lately I've been shooting it for 2 months straight aside my Glock 23. I need to make more bullets because they are expensive in my location.
Damn son. I have just always thought they looked cool as shit. I was thinking of buying a Winchester 30-30, but have never fired one. I'm a pretty thin guy so I don't wanna buy something that I won't enjoy shooting because it hurts
Does anybody know how much I should be able to sell a Ruger LC9 with laser for? The one store I brought it to only offered $150. It's basically like new, nothing wrong with it, I just don't really like it. Was hoping to get enough to get a Mossy 500. I would just buy the shotgun but I'm in saving mode these days.
1851 Harper's Ferry musket, a legit civil war gun
it was "obtained" from a civil war display in the 1930s from my great uncle
unfortunately the barrel is bulged really bad so its no longer shootable
I'm in Washington and they passed an initiative making private sales (the "gun show loophole") illegal. Gotta pay like $25 to an authorized dealer to do the transaction. Probably still the way to go though.
That's cool as shit. I wanna buy one, because I already have an AR that essentially popped my cherry for guns. I bought to learn more about them and fell in love with it the first time I took it to the range
once i finish shooting through this last box they'll all be replaced by federal HSTs.
my fav rifle, pic related...
>> I need a gun to validate my masculinity
Schmitt Rubin 1889, predecessor to the Straight pull line of those rifles.
that's a fine looking 10/22 you got there sir.. bet it's a real tack driver.
guns are dangerous no one needs a gun. you don't need 50 round clips on your glocks either you guys are pussies just call the police if you need help or just run.
that's not a good reason to have a gun. just get a toy gun or maybe a bb gun instead. same thing as a real gun but less dangerous. you don't need a gun.
that's an SW9
shitty dindu tier shit they discontinued because they just ended up in evidence lockers. Skin color?
S&W model 960. Rubber grips and dayglow sights. I like revolvers because I like the way they sit in my hand and also I am a lazy fuck who doesn't like to clean his guns beyond wiping them off and sticking them back in the bag.
I'm also not a fat kid lying his ass off so I don't have a fucking picture of my gun and it's not something fancy and stupid that you learn about from video games.
Uhhh I also have a remington shotgun
>Implying I "need" guns
>Implying I live in a place where I'd ever need a gun to defend myself
Whoo boy check out this young fellow
No one noticed my gun is fake. It's a bb gun. But since ot looks real it's illegal. I'm in Canada. Great country but I hate the gun laws. Don't want to move to the USA but I want a concealed carry permit and the right to blow someone away for breaking into my place. Is it worth it?
What's the nig nog population up there? Down here Jamal and Tay'Quon like to break into peoples' houses on the regular, so carrying is nice. Don't know about up there, you may not have the need quite as much. I dunno, maybe your eskimos get rowdy.
too lazy to take a good pic so i just opened my draw
Bought this last month
I vote rep but not because of guns. I don't really think libs want to take guns away. That's stupid. Having guns as a live issue is valuable to them. Gets people fired up, gets them voting.
>Having guns as a live issue is
It's never a "live issue"
the SCOTUS protects gun ownership as an individual right
and proposals like increased background checks only make sense in a socially evolving society where most of the population favors it
>Don't want to move to the USA but I want a concealed carry permit and the right to blow someone away for breaking into my place. Is it worth it?
Stay out of a ghettos and don't feel like committing suicide and your chance of shotin'murica.jpg meme is low as fuck.
I want to stop being a cuck and get a gun for distance target shooting. If I wanted to hit something the size of a watermelon at the distance of about 5 city blocks what would I need to get started?
Also, how many yards is 5 city blocks?
'murica ain't so bad... it's a great country.. but our government sucks. but all government suck, so what do you expect. for now at least, we've been able to hold off the gun control freaks.. and we won't give up our guns without a fight. if firearms are important to you, then it's worth it.. you will likely have a very similar standard of living in the states, or better, if you have a decent career / skillset. especially if you pick the state you move to wisely.. somewhere like utah for example, has pretty good gun laws, a few states have constitutional carry and more are passing it ( no permit required, open or concealed ) . i carry daily because it's my right, not because i feel where i live is unsafe.. i do like being prepared to defend those around me tho, even though it's very unlikely to go down.
We don't have nignogs, the black people up here are mostly regular people. Natived are the problem. They are high on lysol or whatever they can get their hands on. They steal, stab, follow you, ask idiotic questions to start a conversation then ask for money. One broke into my mom's house then walked away. Cops caught him a block away out of his mind on drugs. Last night I was walking from one friend's house to another and one asked us which way to a certain bridge. He was clearly high af and was walking away from the river. I was just surprised he didn't ask us for money.
I think you're missing the point. I'm not asking about that. I'm saying I like the gun laws / self defense laws in many states. I'm asking whether it would be worth it to move to the USA to take advantage.
>so it's a gun and you like to shoot it
>shut up about it
Better yet, how about YOU click out of this thread and never have to see it? You're about as stupid as a guy who goes to a gay strip club and starts complaining that everyone there is bragging about how much dick they can take. If you go to a gay strip club people are going to talk about dicks you fag.
By "live" I mean people furiously debate it online as if it is an actual issue. The reality is, like you said, guns aren't going anywhere. Even the most liberal supreme court can't deny that ownership is clearly a right.
Yeah I assume my standard of living would be the same or better. I'm a software developer. I could make more here but I'm very comfortable in my current job so don't leave. It's mainly the same thing holding me back. My life is here. I'm comfortable in it. My friends are here. I know life here.
Last year I was in California and everything seemed so different. Lots of unexpected cash only businesses, and just things being slightly different in general, especially around paying. But I'd get used to it.
I just always wanted to be James Bond. I have this fake gun so I can pretend to be him around my home lol.
>A quality AR-15 with a magnified optic would be able to hit a watermelon at 400 meters, easy.
One is going to loose about 2/3 of the muzzle energy at that distance. A .223 might be getting a little light. Maybe one would want a .308 or 30-06 to be sure you have enough sap left to really knock the shit out of the melon.
Starting a new one.
>One is going to loose about 2/3 of the muzzle energy at that distance. A .223 might be getting a little light. Maybe one would want a .308 or 30-06 to be sure you have enough sap left to really knock the shit out of the melon.
Eh, maybe. Really depends on the ammo. Heavy 75 and 77 grain 5.56 have made confirmed one-hit taliban kills at beyond 600 meters.
haha, well with the gun culture in the states you can go do some training and go to some ranges and act out your fantasy shooting steel target matches or some such.. i enjoy shooting sports a lot, i have built my own range with steel targets on my property.. i mean it depends where you are in the states, in the city things can be quite different than the country... i am not to fond of the city but maybe you are.. california is about the last state i would move to in the usa.. i like the mountains and the desert, beach is cool but not cali with it's crazy gun control crap laws.. florida would be better.. i do software dev as well.. you can make very good money in the states with the right position... if you find somewhere that you can live in a small rural community with a lower cost of living than a big city, you will live like a king.. and have a lot more freedom and space to shoot and do other cool shit... that's just my personal preference i guess. i know it's tough moving away from friends / family.. it's worth giving a chance tho, some people thrive and never go back, others move back home eventually.. only way to know is to try. it's easy to get stuck when you're comfortable, but usually the path to progress means going outside your comfort zone.
Yes. A .223 would be down in power a little under a 9mm at distance. Still would kill of course but might not be as satisfying as a 220gr 30-06 packing 4X the power.
Maybe an AR style .308 would be a more better choice. Just something to keep in mind.
me too. what are your plans for it?
Newest one, just got it last week
Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet
my favorite gun that i own, styer arms AUG ghost white edition
People complain about Sig triggers? I didn't know that. If you don't like it though you can get their short reset trigger. I have it on mine. Smooth as fuck.
I've never really had complaints about them, but I don't find them exceptional either.
CZs have some of my favourite semi-auto triggers IMO. Pic related, mine
Ruger 40, mossberg 715t and Mosin Nahant 91/30 with archangel composite stock/10 Rd mag conversion
My country doesn't have allow for civilians to carry weapons. But how does if feel knowing that some random weird dude is carrying a weapon that is able to end your life if he feels like it?
I personally don't like guns, as a kid I had cops coming to my house to tell my mom that her brother was shot dead so I might be really biased.
Ah yeah that's awesome then. The kinda low capacity is the ONLY thing I could complain about in my p220. Just looked it up and apparently the p227 came out in 2013, think I bought mine in 2011 or 2012. Still an A+ piece, though. It's all good.
i guess your countries laws banning civilians from carrying weapons didn't stop your uncle from getting shot.. maybe if he could carry.. he may have been able to defend himself... i am frequently around many other armed individuals and i am not threatened by it at all. the mere fact that someone is armed is not a concern to me.. their actions and intentions are what matter... i know that my intentions are peaceful and honorable, and i carry everyday.. and from all the firearm owners i've met, i know most of them are just like me in that regard. we aren't looking to initiate aggression against others, we just want to be able to exercise our right to defend our loved ones.. we understand that law enforcement shows up AFTER the fact.. the safety and security of your loved ones is YOUR responsibility, and can't be abdicated to anyone else.
>But how does if feel knowing that some random weird dude is carrying a weapon that is able to end your life if he feels like it?
I personally have no problem with people being able to defend themselves
In fact, people who are licensed to legally carry firearms in America have lower crime rates and error rates than the police.
My custom tacti-cool AK and custom made flag for lulz at range meet

Sig had a lot of similar models with a lot of similar variants. But I just love Sigs in general. Wish they were a little less pricey, but they just feel right / shoot well for me.
Beretta 3032 tomcat
Kimber custom crimson carry II

Springfield XDm 3.8 9mm
Winchester 94 .30-30

Mk13 Mod 5 copy (KAC suppressor, NF 5.5-22x scope)
Doing a M40A1 clone next. I'm more into building replica stuff that's still fun to shoot. Worst thing about it all is waiting for NFA stuff to get approved.
Right now I'm broke as balls and have to wait awhile. I mostly shoot the Mk11...it's a laser with the 77gr MK262 ammo.
Are they shipping it to you or you are in game gay state that has waiting period?
Here is my 10" slut upper mating her SBR lower and pistol lower
I just posted the Colt 70, Mk11/12/18 post. I'm a huge liberal and live in a liberal state. Most of my friends that love to shoot are also liberal and own a bunch of NFA/Class 3 stuff. A lot of just go camping/plinking steel targets or target shooting...none of us are into hunting though.
Did you buy it as complete or just register the lower?
I registered a 6920 Colt lower and just bought a DD MK18 upper. Used the lower on other rifles in the meantime waiting for approval. It's a lot better route than having a whole rifle in jail waiting for the paperwork.
I post this one a lot. Old picture, have the suppressor now.
>I'm behind seven Boxies.
Careful! Boxxy might shoot you too!
Consider washington state. Good narket for software devs in seattle.
Easy to get a concealed carry license, open carry is allowed by default but socially frowned on.
Private sales are hard still but screw cali
Nice anon. I'm one of the other Sig fags in the thread. While I appreciate 1911's something about them doesn't work quite right for me. Maybe I should just shoot them more often.
I looked at SIG 1911s when I got mine, they are nice guns but I've heard they're built to slightly different specs so they don't play nice with normal 1911 parts if you want to change something
Seattlefag here, although I've only been here about two and a half years. Do you know a great gun shop in western WA? I had two go-to's in Alabama where I lived before but haven't found a good one here. Haven't looked super hard or anything but point me to one if you know.
I built a pistol lower first so I can still shoot that upper while I wait for the paperwork to go though on the SBR lower.
I think anyone working towards a SBR should build a pistol lower too. I got a 8" barrel coming in soon so I my pistol lower would have an upper.
That SBR is going to be turned into a Faux Honey Badger. Here is the can I am going to use, right now it's moving between my 2 rifles.
Its an alright gun, it shoots well but there are a few issues. Like the website says that they are tritium filled night sights but on mine only the back are tritium filled and they are not willing to replace the front one. Also the sites are too low for good use with the suppressor. I will go take some pics real quick hang tight.
>Just run away
Forgot that nobody tried to run in the movie theatre in colorado, nobody ever tries to run in an active shooter scenario, I forgot anon. Youre so smart.
Heres the reality. Active shooter, 25 dead. One responsible gun owner in vacinity = fewer casualties, do you like high death counts? Please respond.
