Been browsing a few of these threads recently, even tried getting into them a bit, but I have a few questions I was hoping some drawfags could answer:
How do I get a style? Because currently I draw like a child and it's really annoying.
How do I get proportions right by eye? I always end up with some "discrepancies" when I draw by eye, and so many of you seem so good at it.
I have issues keeping my pencil try whilst drawing on paper, is it any different on a tablet?

a style is you making little tweaks and changes to ur drawings as u go. takes a long time, but once u learn how to draw in ur own way then its just habit.
proportions also take a long time to learn by eye. again, practicce drawing different people in different poses, fat skinny, apple shaped body, hourgalss, small boobs, big boobs, etc..............
tablet drawing in my opinion feels much differnt than normal pencil paper drawing. with pencil and paper, i i find i have much more control over the drawing

drawing classes arent necessary, it honestly depends on how you learn for it to make learning faster. I personally find i enjy being in a class, because it allows me to learn and share with toher artists (thats why im on /b/, because its a little like that). classes are nice in that they allow u to recieve criticism from other artists, and there are some drawing tips for when it comes to proportion and shading that are very difficult to learn on your own. theyre amazing and not just as a teacher lol, but as someone whos taken about a million classes (in and out of school)
