You are not doing a great job in arguing for CSGO's sake that it has a higher skill ceiling.
MOBA's overall require a higher skill ceiling, much more macro and micro management with their own hero, and depending on the meta, a lot more team work. You said that CS was less forgiving, but you would be wrong since once a team loses momentum, or loses a farm, the tables flip and are no longer in the position for an advantage. In CS, you save and/or throw rounds just to steam roll the other team. CS is more balanced than most MOBAs imo.

Spray control has become null due to the latest update, LoL has a greater need for map control, peak locations are null because you never want to peak, and I would not consider reaction time a skill rather than a trait to have.
I believe most would pick up CS in an easier fashion due to more people being familiar with the FPS genre rather than a RTS like game.
My opinion still stands that MOBAs have a higher skill ceiling, and that you are a bumbling dumb ass.
