Marijuana doesn't make you better. It makes you feel better. That's why it works for anything from stress to chemo. Sometimes feeling better can make your body better able to deal with the crap that's going on (fucking chemo pumping poison into your body), but there is not direct alternative without a specific condition in mind, and usually there isn't any alternative except opiate painkillers, which are a bigger drag on society than weed.

But the reality is if you work making 250k+ you are always working, your work week is probably 90 hours and you are always expected to be available in my experience. People in those income brackets with those responsibilities don't get high every day. i am 28year old and as a regular smoker i can say that the big problem in my opinion is the ''weed culture'' and not the herbs itself.
See, as i grew older i had to take care of waaaay too many friends drunk as fuck.
Then i started smoking and realised that the only trouble you have when smoking is having to start a quest to get some food because nothing in the house is tasty enough.

I have never seen people or families go down because of cannabis "addiction". I have never seen a group of "potheads" beating someone up because he looked at one of their girlfriends at a bar. I've never lost someone I love because some high guy crashed into her car.

I have no problems with marijuana users for medical or recreational. In fact the vast majority of all of my friends are smokers. Sucks to say that I'm still living with my parents (flip side, it's rent free) and they are dead against weed. So long as I'm in their household, they won't allow me to smoke. Unfortunately for me, my gay ass security site I work at random hair tests all employees.
That aside, it's difficult to convince my parents that smoking marijuana can be a positive benefit to health and mind. When I get answers from my step father like, "I've watched my friends go stupid." and "I've done it when I was younger, I know what I'm talking about."
As for me, I get ridiculously paranoid and struggle to be in large groups with individuals I don't know. (In high doses) For me I prefer smoking alone or right before bed since I thrash and turn in my sleep. So smoking for me helps me with sleep. My tolerance to it is astounding to all of my friends. Two puffs from a joint and I'm lit for the next 4-5 hours. Needless to say an 1/8 of weed can last me anywhere from 3-4 weeks.
