The equation isn't properly bracketed, leaving confusion based around the 6/2 part. It can either be the (assumed) (6/2)(1+3) OR 6/[2(1+2)], and, without the last brackets to tell us, either answer is correct and wrong.
Also, general education teaches us that 2(1+3) implies to simplify the grouping, unless otherwise noted, and ÷ implies a part of the equation added afterwards.
