The fact that when I was a teenager I used the Black Seals of Solomon the King to summon demons on a weekly basis to get laid. I had a gothic girlfriend so to impress her I did the Goetian rituals to impress her, which always resulted in sex. After a good year of summoning almost all of the demons I accidentally burned the shed down. Family was pissed when they found out, most very religious. Explain to Dad (pagan married to baptist) that it was for sex and he gets me off the fam's punishment. Get lecture from him about letting dark spirits/entities into life is bad. Took awhile to regain everyone elses trust and eventually lost gf because we quit cutting and dripping hot wax on each other. But I released all these demons for non-personal reasons, just to torment the world. And we never did the closing ceremonies to contain and dismiss the demons. We let them roam freely.

My own thoughts. Sometimes I will get extremely violent images in my head of either self harm or hurting others. For a moment or two after the image presents I'll have an urge to act out the image. For example I occasionally think about cutting off my own genitals and I will actually consider doing it for a time. I was heavily sleep deprived, I had just gotten home from a festival and had spent three days barely sleeping and doing a lot of mushrooms, MDMA, LSD, alcohol and THC. I passed out on the couch in my basement in front of my computer and at one point woke up momentarily and in the light of my computer screen I could see a horrible old woman on top of me. I was so delirious I thought it was my mother for a moment and became paranoid she would find my oil, but I realized the next morning that it was just a phantom of sleep paralysis.
If I hadn't temporarily demolished my mind during the greatest weekend of my life I probably would have been terrified, but I was on cloud nine for weeks after that fest so not even a terrifying zombie witch spooking me in my sleep could phase me.
Pretty much all of my other experiences are just the paralysis. I realize its happening, that I'm in sleep paralysis, panic slightly from the anxiety and wiggle one of my fingers or feet to break myself out of it.

I used to pride myself in being absolutely fearless. Through months of thinking about so many things, mostly philosophical in nature, I had completely written out my code of ethics. I had built a foundation of reality that involved plenty of theoretical physics, including my own theory for creation that even manages to explain plenty of quantum mechanics phenomena. With such a concrete mental base in reality, I soon found myself thinking about if it suddenly just changed. What if my whole world collapsed around me, and was completely unexplainable scientifically? Maybe its starts with people acting weird and doing things that make no sense. Before I know it, animals will be clipping through walls and my sanity will disappear. My ability of knowing what is real keeps me from fearing anything that is real. However, that doesn't stop me from fearing anything that isn't.

The thought of loosing control of myself to alcohol, had a couple of scary times where I did stupid things that could have ended up way worse then they did. I got mugged once when I was too trashed to put up a fight, they made me drive them out to the middle of nowhere. I genuinely have never been afraid of anything. I've been tested by friends and family who by tricks and bets to do things scary, and I've always won.
Just having a solid grip on reality is how I do this. Appreciating the things around me and understanding them, instead of not understanding them and being afraid.
A lot of people are afraid to die. I wouldn't say I have a fear, but don't get me wrong,. I don't want to die. If I do though i want it to mean something, like by saving somebody for instance.
I've done loads of things others would be terrified by. I even laid in a cave fill of Weta's in new Zealand, to sky diving, to bungee jumping to cliff climbing to charity ghost hunters and sleepovers. There's one thing over learned, the enjoyment and satisfaction is greater with more risk. Adrenaline is often mistaken for fear.
