They know whos going to win beforehand and they even practice the fight, its all staged, a lot of these guys are great friends despite beating themselves up all the time, for example Triple H and Randy Orton are almost lifelong rivals in WWE but theyre good friends in real life.
There have been a few genuinely bad people in WWE, there was a guy who suffered from actual road rage and who would bully people behind the stage, others like the undertaker, kurt angle and big show would act as "sheriffs" keeping bullies away and breaking up fights.
