Fact of the matter is that muslims more or less support their own people, and their own causes defined by the Quran.
This is an unstable and undesired situation, because even though somebody might not have ill plans, they're still supporting their own people - whom may participate in terrorism by proxy. Places like this are breeding grounds for terrorism. While a lot can be done to prevent these things from happening, the core of this issue is islam itself - and the sheer mass of islamic immigration.
