I was looking at some stats a few days ago. Stating that 2008 had 74% White voters, 2012 had 72% and they expecting 2016 to have about 69%. The extra 1% bump coming from newly registered anti-trump minority voters changing the proportion. That "non college white voter" slider is very telling. Actually, most states have voter ID laws. The question is what constitutes an acceptable form of ID. Voter laws in NC and TX which were recently struck down by the Courts had extremely restrictive voter IDs laws that only accepted certain forms of ID which did not include IDs from other states, non-driver IDs from other state agencies within the State, or even college ID cards.

Free speech is in the Constitution for a reason, so that everyone can say what they want about political candidates and express their opinion on political issues. Criticism and running negative press against a candidate you don't like is fair play. At the end of the day, the voters decide what information to believe and what to ignore. They could choose to ignore the information published by the DNC if they wanted to, or they can choose to listen. That's how it's always been. Either way it's their right to choose. And the voter's have made their choice: Clinton won the popular vote and won the Democratic Nomination by a fair democratic process, and Trump likewise won the Republican Nomination by a fair democratic process. Superdelegates in the DNC are an old tradition dating back to the 1800s. They just recently changed their policy to reduce the influence of superdelegates in future primaries. It wouldn't have made any difference in this primary anyway since Clinton still beat Sanders in both pledged delegates and the popular vote.
