I'm a fatty and I hate fatties. Was normal weight, kinda buff, but then I started getting health issues from stress and got prescribed meds for depression.
After that I started to gain weight and the health issues accumulated to the point where doing sports was harsh. I know I should eat less and stop drinking beer, but I've been stuck in that limbo of not giving a shit for a long time now. I accept my fate for the time being and I know I'm fat and I know I'm to blame

This isn't fair to say for everyone. Maintaining proper nutrient intake for optimal strength gain is a pain in the ass if you're not used to eating that much meat. If you're fat, it's probably because you eat too much sugar, and massively cutting down on carbs produces awful cravings.
I don't particularly like eating grilled chicken and rice for dinner and eggs for breakfast every day of the week.

It's much more boring than you'd like. I wake up in the morning, shower and get ready, go to work at a retail store, I do my job and have polite conversations with people.
