Logically, moving would be the best choice. Now that that's been established, look at the emotional aspects, and think it through. To me, it sounds like moving for a time would be the best option. Not a permanent one, but maybe a year or two, to save up shekkles. That's just my two cents though.

To me it seems like you're trying to start a conversation without a support point. You try to make conversation, but it leads to no where because you're not actually connecting with them, because you're not actually into the subject at hand yourself. Well shit dude. I like games, and building shit, cooking, thinking, philosophy, medical shit, sciences, arts, languages. Yeah, but the way they come in that I had to take this time is literally a mental block. I go to inject by pressing a button, and my hand literally gets weak as I go to press. So I have to stare at it for 30 mins until my mind gets over the fear. Its not fear of the needle either. Its the fear of failure. The pens have fucked out and either not fired, failed to inject or bounced out and ejected over my leg. And this shit is expensive.
On the other hand, when it comes in needles I have no trouble at all dealing with it.
