Dark Souls 2 wasn't as good. Dark Souls 3 still has the separate stamina and equip load stats. That's what irked me so much about it, because it requires more levels for something that was covered in one stat: endurance. I'm glad in bloodborne that equip load isn't even a thing.

It was a cool idea, and seemed pretty original other than the use of disney and final fantasy characters. They just wanted to created a sort of cartoonish fantasy world, and they did. I see where people get all upset over the key "blade" aspect of it, and technically it isn't a bladed weapon, and originally the Dream Sword in 1 was supposed to be the main weapon or the base weapon of Sora and probably anybody using a keyblade now.

one finger death punch? Also Brotherhood is awesome, the height of Ezio if I ever saw it. I like 4 and Syndicate as well, but Rogue and Unity suck. Revelations is fine but not Ezio's height, and 1 seems too clunky now. 2 is fine, if they were to implement many of the things that exist now. Such as running assassinations, kill streaks, and a targeting reticle when shooting. That applies to brotherhood as well, and if that did happen, brotherhood would be the BEST AC game ever.

So Dark Souls 2 is your first souls game, then that's the reason you are having problems, well Soul games in general are pretty famous for being hardcore, and yes is hard the first time you play one of them, but once you know how the mechanics of the game work it gets kinda easy, just git gud and don't give up, it feels really nice once you beat it, trust me.

They're only hard until things get to a science. I play bloodborne so much there's almost no enemy I can't stagger with a pistol shot, and follow up with a visceral, which is usually a one shot. Queen Yharnam was a pushover of a boss when I finally fought her, though maybe I just built it up in my head. Burial Blade for the win against her.

OFDP is basically a fighting game with 2 buttons, one to strike to your left, one to strike to your right, probably my favorite fighting game, it does practically everything right, the art style is simple, but effective, the combat is amazingly simple, but satisfying, and the game always has the perfect balance of challenge, by adjusting the speed depending on your effectiveness. It's such a simple game, but so good, get it on steam for like $5, you won't regret it.
On the assassin's creed bit, my favorite AC games were the Ezio trilogy, the depth and character development of Ezio through 3 different games, as well as the atmoshere and gameplay of them were fantastic. I also loved Black Flag, but as a pirate game, not AC, and Unity was pretty good, I liked the customization, and the parkour was really good, haven't played AC3 or Syndicate.

Out of all the things to complain about, you complain about one of the only good changes. Having equip load and stamina in one stat means that light armor is strictly inferior. If you want the ability to attack, roll, or sprint for any reasonable amount of time, you automatically qualify for medium armor with a fast roll.

syndicate has less customization, but I really love it. The two MCs are cool, and they specialized them. jacob is more of a fighter, evie is more of a sneaker. I'd say play it, if Unity didn't ruin anything for you, you have the capacity to like Syndicate. Either way if unity did or didn't ruin anything for you, you still would. I like Black flag as a pirate game as well, but I don't hate that its a pirate game with slight assassin's creed aspects. but yeah, Ezio is the essence and still the face of assassin's creed for me, but you should try syndicate. I don't wanna build it up to be amazing, but I did quite like it. The rope launcher is a fun tool for an assassin to have. The combat is a little harder than other ac games, as if you're level 1 fighting even one level 10, you can die real quick, almost certainly against more than one. even a level 5 or 4 its a bad idea at level 1.

More than one player in heavy armor doing a fat roll against a player in light armor has gone down with a single backstab with a chaos dagger. It seems like they wanted to meld things together and take out the challenge of using what you have.

All of them are fantastic, but 7 felt the worst to me. Strikeforce was fun as fuck tho, like a monster hunter/party version of Dynasty Warriors. 6 is based off of Strikeforce, tho. The DW8XLCE pc port isnt that good, and the Empires port isnt much better, but they still hold up in terms of gameplay. Just awkward around the controls.

The new one looks far too scripted and linear. I know that the other games were mostly like that too but there's zero fluidity in the combat in the reboot while the old ones actually had very fast-paced attacks and patterns to memorize. Also the addition of the kid will kill the series. I don't mind the shift to Norse mythology so long as it's done well, but I will admit I'm skeptical that they'll fuck that up too after the rest of what I've seen.
GoW3 was a wonderful experience. I played all the way through it with a friend of mine the day of and the day after its release. There was just something about the second one that was a little more arcade-like, which is probably why I preferred it. The best bosses are in 3 though.

I have not, but every game up to 6 basegame is on PS2, so you can emulate them. Strikeforce and 6XL/6E and beyond are PS3 and whatnot. Samurai Warriors is the sister series and pretty good. Samurai Warriors 4-II is on Steam,and the only other warriors games on PC/Steam are DW8XLCE/DW8E and One Piece Warriors. I own all of them, but the DW8 ports are the kinda shitty ones, because they were the first. DW8's has awkward controller support, and DW8E gets a bit better with it. But out of all of them, I'd say Strikeforce, 3, and 5 are the best. 5 cause it's more officer story oriented, and 3 cause the historical learning and the difficulty was pretty high. But, they do keep the difficulty going in the later games, just gotta put it on hard lmao. 3's ost was one of the best, tho.

Definitely this. DS2 was a different kind of challenge. It wasn't a game you could play and find yourself getting progressively better at, it was a game that was hard for the sake of being hard. It lost the whole feeling of reward for advancing in the story.

yeah the story has gone down a lot, I wont complain about the multiplayer because even after the MCC got fixed nobody played it and thats because of the old gen people left and today's modern gen gamer's like the exo movement scene (for the most part) when it comes to futuristic games. I do think 343 nailed halo 5s multiplayer, its a lot different then other halos but I do think it was a success none the less.

I'm pretty sure one weapon had different combos. I'd say pick it up if you're interested, but don't get The Two Thrones. Its not necessary. Also it has two endings, a true ending and a false one. All I have to say is: get the water sword. Its not easy unless you have a guide but it unlocks the true ending.
