25-35 grew up alongside the evolution of video gaming systems and modern personal computing, as I said. We didn't have the internet to look stuff up on, but we still had gameboys to play Pokemon on.

The level up movesets are way worse in gen 3. I had a ludicolo and I basically had to get it luxury tier TM move treatment to make it even half decent.
Heart gold and Soul silver are the best pokemon games. Most balanced the metagame has ever been. I personally prefer the sprites over the horrible and bland 3d models they use now. I mean they really couldn't have done a worse job with the models they use in gen 6. And in gen 5 you could see the jagged edges of the sprites as they moved around which just looked terrible when they moved.
And if that isn't enough to convince you, FUCK team preview. You can't say that team preview is a good addition to the games. It makes ZERO SENSE that you can tell what their WHOLE TEAM IS before they have revealed them from their pokeballs. ZERO SENSE. NONE.
Yes they did this in pokemon stadium but why oh why did it have to catch on to the main games? WHY. I hate it. Bleh.

Breeding for brave bird pissed me off so I gave up.
I prefer the weaker hit from poison Fang for the 30% chance of badly poisoned rather than the 10% of regular poison. But that's just preference.
