Let's say they're worth 3 Friezas each, and Imperfect Cell is worth 4. That makes him 10 Friezas in one Perfect Cell body.
Perfect Cell gets bodied by Gohan at SSJ2, who is at least 70 million, and returns stronger than ever following Goku's sacrifice. Now, he's strong enough to resist the attacks of Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, Tien, and Yamcha. That's a combined total of 119 Friezas, and he's fucking withstanding it. It's not until Vegeta with a total of 70 million rushes in and joins in that Cell is killed.
Goku, at the start of the Buu saga, is beyond that. Super Saiyan 3 is enough to beat Majin Buu, whom is at the very least 100 million.
During Battle of Gods, Beerus is strong enough that a finger is enough to deflect Goku's measly SSJ3 attacks. However, Super Saiyan God not only pushes Beerus to his limit, but forces him to use 70% of his power. One can thus assume SSG is 70 times stronger, at least, than SSJ3. That's 700 million or above. And then, he learns to go Super Saiyan while in his God state. Super Saiyan is defined as a 200x boost to a Saiyan's strength, so Blue God Saiyan is now one hundred and forty billion.
And then he learns to use Kaio-ken times ten while a Blue Super Saiyan, making his power level one trillion and four hundred billion.

Ever heard of momentum? 230 lbs traveling 1,000+ mph is going to wreck pretty much anything it hits. And the the time Superman enters the krytonite's field of effect to when he reaches Batman would be like a few milliseconds. You could see his powers faltering in the presence of the Kryptonite spear. In addition, Doomsday was able to impale him when he was weakened by it, where previously he was not.
And if it just killed his cells, he would've died in two seconds when the Kryptonite dust hit his brain and paralyzed him. My thinking is that those bombs were heavily diluted.
