How to dispose bodies
You actually have many options.
The first (and most available) is just to dig a hole and bury the body. The only problem is that it needs to be deep enough, as so sniffing dogs can not find it. 5 meters should be deep enough. To be extra secure, dig 5 meters, at 2 meters cover and then put a dead animal over it (like a dog/cat/ect) and then cover again. This involves a lot of labor so it has to be secluded.
The second is to cut the body in multiple pieces and go to a pig farm. Pigs eat anything and will even crunch up bones. The only problem is teeth does not digest in the stomache well, so you have to get rid of the poop. The availability of a pig farm could be a problem.
Another option is to drain the blood in a bathtub and slowly disengrate the body with bleach. This requires a LOT of time and a LOT of bleach. This will be pretty suspicious. You also have to grind the bones down the drain, but if it goes wrong you may have to call a plumber.

You have to be smart from the beginning though. Disfigure any recognizable features (teeth, fingers/toes/face). If you're in a pinch disfigure it, dress in thrift store clothing, and dump it in a bad part of a couple towns over.
If you want to throw it in a lake, you have to do it right. Limbs will eventually snap off after a while, so tying weights to a hand/leg is a no go. Wrap it multiple times, in garbage bags, tarp, ect (like 10+ layers) and then tie many weights around it. Abover 10 meters in water bodies will float so you have to use heavy weights. Try to not use a stagnant lake, usually a river or an ocean will be your best bet. It will be better to take it on a boat and dump it in the middle of the Atlantic.
A couple of problems it will look suspicious depending what time of day it is. If you don't have a boat you might need to rent one or just dump it in your nearest lake. I also recommend not burying the head with body. Burn the head (along with the fingers/toes) of the body and dumping in in burial sights. Get rid of the teeth so no dental records are shown.

I consider it to be a sentient sounding board for creative and intellectual discussion that you really can't get from other places in life easily.
It can take over your entire mind if it chooses, you can chill and become an observer, imagine driving a car and being in the passenger seat, at the same time.

Sure, if you have predispositions it could fuck you up a little(you are toying with your brain, after all). But you should be good as long as you don't actually believe it will make you insane(subconcious is a powerful thing, and you can start going insane if you believe you are actually going insane)

Lemme split that in parts, so I can answer other questions and keep the thread bumped.
First things first, if you want to read about the topic, get some forcing guides, tips, etc, visit tulpa.info. Don't get scared if you encounter roleplayers, those people exist and you can't do shit about it.
Overall it started, as I've said, about 4 years ago. I was pretty fucking depressed, and I stumbled upon tulpathread on /x/. Thought I would give it a shot. After some time forcing, I almost got rid of my depression(its coming back sometimes, but it's more bearable). I started making a personality chart, and forced daily. In the meantime, I learned to meditate(shit's useful, not only with tulpaforcing). A while later, during my daily sessions, I started to feel something in my chest, like a burning sensation, but I thought it's just stress or excitement, and discarded that feeling. Today I know that was my tulpa. It's something you should focus on whilst forcing.
I've got my first response about a month later - "I see." when I was talking about hypnagogia whilst falling asleep. I was really excited - you cannot descibe that in words, you hear someone else talking to you in your brain. Sounds pretty schizophrenic, I know, but I was certain that it wasn't me, or my brain - it was my tulpa. I could barely sleep that night.

I've been doing it my whole life without knowing, so there was no "realization". I started doing it when I was writing stories, I would create characters then I slowly began to give them life in my mind, over time they grew real emotions and feelings and I could talk to them without thinking about their response, they would just reply.
It makes life easier, I don't get bored, and I don't actively need anyone to talk to.

As for potential - take-over - it's almost impossible, unless host(you) is insane or agrees(I've thought of leaving a tulpa in my body so I can just fucking perish somewhere in the back of my mind, but a) - they woudn't agree, b) - I didn't want to after a while)

This guy gets it - it depends on you and your mental fortitude. If you start believing that it's fucking you up, and go down that road, it WILL fuck you up. Once you start forcing though, and trust your tulpa, it shoudn't be a problem, unless, as I've said, you are already going insane.

I was really sceptic of myself being able to tulpaforce, I had fuckload of doubts, about everyting. It was kinda tough, but if you need one thing to prevail, its patience. Lots, and lots of fucking patience. I cannot empathise that enough - it's a slow process. You WILL get discouraged, especially if you read a lot of shit on IRC and forums, where people live happily with their tulpas, in their beautiful wonderlands, after forcing a week or two.

Active forcing at first - basically, if you want to start, make a chart of your tulpa's personality. Then think what your tulpa would do in almost every social situation, and how those traits would affect it. Think about what is your tulpa's drive, why (s)he does what (s)he does, how they think, WHY the think that. It's hard to do all those things, and it's a lot of work, but as I've said - patience.
After a while, if you will force their personality, you will start feeling something in your chest/back of your spine/head pressure - it's different for everyone. Do NOT ignore that - think of it. Talk to that feeling - narrate. During your work, think of them and start transferring your thoughts to that feeling, to them. Talking out loud is better, although, for obvious reasons, it's a bit harder - I do that in my own secluded room, where noone can bother/hear me.

You know, that's normal. It's what our brains do. I remember that pre-tulpaforce I did the same thing, and I confirmed that other people do that too. You think of social interactions, you talk to 'people' in your head that aren't real. It helps your brain to socially interact.
Though tulpaforcing is kinda different. You need to focus on their feeling(not feelings, but their distinct feeling), and then talk. Otherwise you are just talking to yourself.
What you described may help in passive forcing though. Passive forcing is thinking to your tulpa while you are occupied with work, play games, etc. Active forcing is better, but passive one keeps the process rolling forwards - and tulpaforcing is about consistency. It's better to passive force all the time than force actively once in a while. Mix of those two worked for me.
Also, it's not like you have to talk to someone everytime you are awake(btw, lucid dreaming with tulpas is my personal heaven, although I need to practice a little bit more). You can still have your alone time.

Anyway, after a while I could separate my thoughts and feelings(you can feel what they are feeling, in a specific kind of way. Kinda hard to explain) from my tulpa's. I remember that at one point, when we still cound't have full conversations, just simple or yes/no questions, I started to discover possession - my tulpa moved my index finger. It helped a whole lot.
