Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose a three-piece suit on hire purchase in a range of fucking fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing fucking junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pissing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to replace yourselves. Choose your future. Choose life... But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life. I chose somethin' else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?
>>
>>694481074
Yes, Will Smith is very good. But there are white actors who are just as good. Deadshot has never once been black, and the only reason to make him so is because of the hype about the lack of diversity in Hollywood. Black Deadshot isn't going to ruin the movie for me, but it's just unnecessary. Like black Iron Man/Captain America/Spiderman/Johnny Storm.

You got me on Rick Flag, though. I guess they can't exclude him, but I feel like he's going to fall down the wayside next to Deadshot, Croc, and Harley.

As I've said. It's not going to ruin the movie. It's just completely unnecessary. Most changes somehow affect the character's storyline. Making him black does not. Unless they're going to make him say "I had to grow up tough because I was born in a poor black ghetto."

H-8... (1958)
A bus and a truck are moving towards each other along a two-way traffic highway on a rainy day. At the very beginning we learn that a reckless driver of another car will cause them to collide while trying to pass the bus; we even learn what seats will spell doom for their occupants. The rest of the movie follows two streams of events on the bus and on the truck, getting us to know and like a wide variety of characters, wondering which ones will end up being casualties and holding breath for our favourites. The epilogue brings some more surprises...
