What is unclear about your support inherently implying the accused is guilty?
If you're in a room with two people and one of them claims the other one raped him or her, you would run towards the supposed victim. How do you think that will look to the accused? How do you think that will look to an outsider? Don't you think people will then conclude that the accused is in fact guilty and shame him? Now the truth comes out and the allegation was false. Until that point the alleged rapist had to go through horrible social ostricism, death threats, had its reputation ruined, maybe lost his job and so on.
It's absolutely no surprise that someone who is incapable of seeing the consequences of his actions would subscribe to an ideology that wants to abolish consequences for people's own actions.
