It's not a quick easy fix, I've been lucky that both my perents have also had anxiety so they are very understanding and supportive, I can call them up any time if I need help or just someone to talk too. Counciling is also very good, medication is helpful but not by its self and it's not a quick fix.
Also my goldfish helps, watching fish swim is very calming abd therapeutic, abd that's clinic ly validated
