Eh, it's not terrible if you give them artistic license. It takes, what, a few weeks for Jaimie to travel from the Twins to Kings Landing? Two months for Dany to assemble hr army and prepare the fleet? A few weeks for Bran to travel to the wall, and a month for the North to recover from Bastardbowl to gather the Lord's and hold court.
This doesn't really excuse Carts this episode. He did travel halfway across the world and back. That's egregious, probably a year of travel at best. As far as Arya, I can give that leeway too. Her Bravo's storyline has been without reference this entire season. For all we know, she could have killed the waif and been on her way to the Twins months ago, maybe even before Jon died.
The pacing in this episode was shitty, but trying to balance so many storylines, you have to make due with what you can.
