What I realized is that for fluffies, experience and emotions must be vocalized for the user's enjoyment, but the protestations of the fluffy are irrelevant. "NO WAN HURTIES" is satisfying to HEAR, but we aren't going to change our minds about giving hurties because a fluffy says that.

After the spores take root, Orks are not the first come the squigs and Gretchin, which are like goblins. They prepare for the arrival of the Ork. When the Orks finally do emerge, they form tribal societys and raid locals until they come a proper space fairing warband comes and recruits them.
Because Orks are made like this, they are also really simple biologically. They often can survive wounds that would kill a human, and even decapitations. When that happens they get some robotic arms or other body parts. Big powerful Warbosses usually have some amount of implants. Warbosses are the only ones that can get Orks to do something other then fight each other. They are usually huge. Meaning he has seen alot, and fought alot. Orks get bigger the more they fight and win, so a big Ork is always a veteran of alot of victorious fights. When a Warboss manages to unite the tribes, they launch a WAAAGH! which is a massive planetary invasion. Orks love to fight, like humans love to fuck, so a big WAAGH! always draws the attention of Orks from all around. Soon, a planet under a constant attack from these sadistic guys. Even if the defenders fight them off, more Orks will spawn up from the ground. Orks that survive the conflict will tell others about the great fight they had their, and sooner or later another WAAAGH! will attack. This will keep happening until the defenders are gone and the planet is just another Orc breeding ground.
